Watamu Marine National Park is one of Kenya’s most spectacular coastal destinations. Located along the Indian Ocean in Kilifi County, it is famous for its crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and rich marine biodiversity.
Established in 1968, it was one of Africa’s first marine parks and is now part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The park protects coral gardens, sea turtles, dolphins, and hundreds of tropical fish species.
