Maasai Mara National Reserve

Kenya’s flagship conservation area

Overview

The Maasai Mara National Reserve is Kenya’s most famous safari destination and one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Covering over 1,500 square kilometres of open savannah, it is renowned for its incredible concentration of wildlife and breathtaking landscapes.

The reserve is home to the Big Five, countless plains game, and one of the highest densities of predators in Africa. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, and giraffes can all be seen throughout the year.
