Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha & Amboseli Safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Upon arrival at the airport, you will receive a warm welcome from our professional driver-guide, followed by a short safari briefing.

Depart Nairobi for the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Kenya’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.

Arrive at Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. After lunch, relax before your first afternoon game drive across the savannah plains, with opportunities to see the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Enjoy an early morning game drive, when predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals are often active.

You may also see elephants, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, impalas and wildebeests.

Return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by lunch.

In the afternoon, head out for another game drive. During the migration season, you may have the opportunity to witness the movement of wildebeest through the reserve.

Return to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, one of the scenic freshwater lakes of the Great Rift Valley.

The lake is known for its rich birdlife, with more than 400 recorded bird species.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for lunch and check-in. After a short rest, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may see hippos, fish eagles and other wildlife.

The lodge grounds are also home to freely roaming animals such as giraffes, zebras and warthogs.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park and arrive in time for lunch at Kibo Safari Camp.

Spend the afternoon relaxing at the camp and enjoying the surrounding wilderness.

You may also choose an optional guided visit to a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5: Amboseli to Nairobi

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Amboseli National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

At around 10:00 AM, depart the park and drive back to Nairobi, marking the end of your safari.
